Amanda
Lead Veterinary Technician
Amanda is originally from Massachusetts, born and raised on a dairy cattle farm with draft horses. She moved out to Montana in 2006 to attend MSU, graduating with degrees in Animal Science and Range Management in 2012. Having over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field, Amanda became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2022. In her spare time, you will find her outdoors riding horses, competing in barrel racing, hiking and reading. She has multiple fur babies that include horses, cats and her two dogs Bella and Angus.
Angie
Licensed veterinary Technician
Angie grew up in South Dakota where she attended National American University graduating in 2018 with an associate of applied science in veterinary technology. In 2018 she also took the Veterinary Technician National Exam. Angie passed and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She moved to Montana and has been a team member of GVH since 2019. Angie enjoys using her fear free skills and performing exceptional nursing care for our hospitalized patients. During Angie’s time off she enjoys spending time with her partner Chaz and dog Mindi. They enjoy backpacking, hiking, and going for long drives. When they are not on the move you can catch them snuggling with their cat Igamoo.
Stacy
Certified Veterinary Technician
Stacy has loved animals her whole life. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who has been in this profession for over 35 years. She has been with GVH since moving to Montana in 2014. Her passion is nursing care. She strives to make each animal’s visit to the hospital as painless and stress free as possible. When not at work she shares her life with her husband, 2 adult children, a horse, 2 dogs and 3 cats. She loves riding her horse, gardening, sewing and road trips with her husband and dogs.
Kayla
Veterinary Assistant
Kayla is originally from Belgrade, Montana. She is currently in college to become a Certified Veterinary Technician through the Penn Foster College program. Kayla enjoys huskies and someday would like to accomplish her dream of becoming a sled dog musher. Most of Kayla’s spare time is spent outdoors, hiking and camping with her husky Sansa Mae. Kayla has a passion to work with animals and show her compassion to people and their pets.
Kelsey
Veterinary Assistant
Kelsey grew up in Geneva, Illinois and recently moved to Montana in August to attend Montana State University. She is currently on path to graduate in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and plans to attend veterinary school after graduation. Kelsey has always had a passion for helping animals, and she hopes one day she can open her own rescue. In her free time, she enjoys going on long walks or just relaxing and watching a movie with her boyfriend, Ethan, and her rescue dog, Daisy.

Alison is a recent graduate of Montana State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Equine Science. Originally hailing from Maryland, she grew up immersed in the world of horses, and has interests in pursuing higher education in animal nutrition and behavior. She has a dog named Arlo and a horse named Justin and they keep her very busy! When she is not in the clinic she enjoys trail riding, training her dog in agility, hiking, paddleboarding, road trips and learning new crafts.

Sunny
Veterinary Technician Assistant
Sunny grew up in Bellingham, Washington and moved to Montana Summer or 2022. She is currently studying Pre-Veterinary at Montana State University with a focus on Equine Science. From pre-k all the way until 5th grade, Sunny was enrolled at a Montessori School where she learned to care for animals at a young age. She grew up showing horses through 4-H, and now shows within the APHA and AQHA circuits with her horses, Ricky and Bentley. Sunny recently joined the GVH team in the summer of 2023 and is currently learning all the ins and outs of the veterinary field. When not working, Sunny enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, 2 horses and 3 cats. Her interests include road-trips, snowboarding, crocheting and spending time in nature and/or with loved ones.
