Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 6:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
We understand that busy schedules can make it difficult to bring your pet in for needed care, so we offer evening and Saturday hours. We also offer the option of dropping off your pet in the morning, and picking up in the afternoon or evening. Please call us at (406) 587-4458 for available appointments.
American Animal Hospital Association Accreditation:
In June of 2009, we voluntarily underwent rigorous inspection to become AAHA accredited. We are the only AAHA accredited hospital in Bozeman. AAHA is the world's leading association of small animal practitioners and only 12% of animal care facilities are currently certified. To achieve AAHA distinction, hospitals must pass comprehensive inspections of medical care, management, facilities, and medical equipment. We are committed to continuing to meet and exceed AAHA's rigid standards in order to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care.

Read an article in Healthy Pet Magazine that describes the accreditation process and how we became a better veterinary healthcare team for you and your pet when we became AAHA accredited.
Cat Friendly Practice:
We are a certified Cat Friendly Practice. The program, initiated by the American Association of Feline Practitioners provides standards of care and guidelines aimed at improved the quality of feline medicine and enhancing the veterinary experience for feline patients. We see patients by appointment to ensure sufficient time for each pet. Although we accept walk-ins, we recommend calling to schedule an appointment to minimize your time waiting for a veterinarian.
Fees charged for services are based on amounts needed to maintain the high quality of care we are proud to provide. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, or check. We also offer a medical credit plan known as CareCredit. More information on CareCredit can be found here.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patient's needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. GVH understands this and is able to make special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments. You can apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.
